  • How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order by simply adding the items you want to the cart. After you have selected all the items, click on "Cart" and buy now. You can pay for the items by card payment through Paypal or call us for  Bank Transfer.

 

To place an order you must be of the age of 18 and over.

 

  • Payment and Shipping

We will do our up most to insure that all items will be shipped the next day depending upon receipt of payment (except Sundays and Bank holidays). Before you pay, please make sure your address is the one you would like us to ship to.

 

We strive our best to provide you the most reliable service. Sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs. We send your items by insured postage and also have proof of postage. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. Please use your correct email as a confirmation of your order and despatch will be sent to it. We do not accept American express payments. 

 

You will get a full detailed layout of the payment and delivery prices when you check out. 

 

  • Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order prior despatch by calling us or sending an email. A cancellation/restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

 

If you are unhappy with the product you have received, our products are refundable or exchangeable within 14 days of the sale date, however it is subject to restocking fee of up to 10% plus postage. All items must be unused, unworn and its original packaging. Please contact us before returning or exchanging your items for further assistance. 

 

We do not refund or exchange bespoke jewellery or any jewellery that has been resized or made to alter in any way. 

 

  • Liability

We do not take any liability of any delay or non delivery to your address, we rely on the postal service. All deliveries will be with proof of postage. If there is any issues please contact us.  

There is only guarantee on the metal you have bought, any stones or broken aspects of the items bought do not have guarantee on them however if you contact us we will decide on a suitable solution for you.  

We also do not take any reliability on any viruses or features that affect software, hardware or services from this website. 

 

  • Privacy

We will not use any personal information which may be given to any third party.

We will only se the name, address of the destination you want your items to go and the email which will be used to update you on your order and despatch.
